veteran'sday.

I love the city we live in.  There seems to be a celebration for every single holiday.  Veteran's Day was no exception.  On Monday night we visited the La Mirada Theater to enjoy an impressive night of patriotic music, memorabilia, military speakers, and many veterans.  Cub Scout pack 438 got to talk to veterans, take a closer looks at their pins, hats, pictures, and hear first-hand, many of their experiences.  The Mayor was in attendance and took a moment to talk to our boys and thank them for coming.  I can't say enough about the music that night, and I can't help but get teary-eyed every time those former military men stand up with pride for recognition.  They deserve every bit of it..
