To fulfill our first Tiger Scout Achievement, this morning we headed to Fullerton to hike the Castlewood Trail... bright and early I might add.
We started the day with the flag salute and Davin and Joe recited the Cub Scout Promise.
The trail was a little over a mile and very busy with mountain bike riders. We kept yelling, " Stay to the right!" over and over again.
Although you can see the houses below,
this picture documents what a gorgeous warm day it was.
Avery won daddy over, and was treated to the best seat in the house, on the way back.
Although it is officially Winter, there are still many signs of Fall, yet the weather reminded me of Summer. The benefit to living in Southern California.
Next week we will head to Centennial Farms to fulfill our second requirement towards the Bobcat badge. Full speed ahead.
