A very basic halloween this year. The kids were making last minute costume decisions right before heading out for candy. About 45 minutes going door to door. Then it was back to the house. The boys wanted to hide in the bushes in front of our house and scare the innocent "treaters". Avery changed out of her costume immediately and was determined to pass out all of our candy (by the handful). short. sweet. and simple. Started and finished Edward Tulane tonight. Magical. Any other book suggestions you have, always send them my way, okay?
so fun...kevin was just like avery this year...trick or treated for a bit and then had more fun handing out candy and scaring trick or treaters with the skeleton voice :-)
Short and Sweet is perfect. If the kiddos had fun that's all that matters.
