My mom has been studying Sogetsu, a Japenese style of flower arranging, for a few years now. On Sunday we ventured up to the Japenese American National Museum in the heart of L.A, to see her arrangement on display, along with the displays of many of her classmates. She challenged herself to create a monochromatic arrangement for the show. And as you can see she chose green as the color. My mom has always been so creative. She has enjoyed taking the classes with her friend Archer.
