whirlwind weekend.

birthday celebrating:

 Which turned into a late night of dancing and safely taxiing home...

 Then it was off to a surprise destination to celebrate our 11 years of bliss...

 The Bonaventure Hotel in L.A.  with an amazing view of the city.

 We put in a good 7 1/2 hours at The Grove including dinner, shopping, and The Fighter (which we had both been dieing to see: a must-see!)...

 We dodged the rain running from store to store. We practically had the place to ourselves. 

The lights, decor, and holiday music never disappoint.  A fantastic getaway amidst this busy holiday season.
