rainy day schedule.

In honor of MLK jr. Day, most Los Angeles museums were FREE.  We braved the rain storm and headed to LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art).  Not only was admission free for everyone, but the kids signed up to be members until they're 18 (for FREE)!  Yeah!

Hunter recognized the Picasso exhibits from the Meet the Masters program at school.  Davin giggled hysterically at all of the naked paintings and sculptures.  Avery loved the wide open rooms in the museum allowing plenty of space to pirohuette.

I love that you are introducing culture and art into your children's lives. I think that's wonderful!!

OK.... I have a question. How is it that you get your husband and boys to take pictures and actually smile for them?!? LOL.. mine won't, and don't.

What a cool thing to do with them, when it's raining!

Hey Sara! I cannot remember where I picked up that stacked frame, but I usually get all my frames from designerdigitals.com (personal use - commercial for an extra fee), and pinkinkstudios.net (commercial use). Hope that helps! I love the pic of your littles on the bench looking at the painting. So sweet! =)

Sara,
Love the pictures! Call me cuckoo, but I signed the boys up at 1 years old. We had the LACMA mobile people do an inservice for our 6th graders on campus. This is where I learned about the NexGen free membership. You can't beat one parent free with each child :)
